Lifestory: The Roadshow

Being present in and around our developments is not just one of our favourite parts of our jobs, but also key to ensuring great customer relationships are formed as we grow our business with pride in our customer experience. With that in mind, we’ve been busy with our community roadshows, with the mission to visit every Lifestory development across the country to catch up over a coffee. 

Following two mergers that led us to be Lifestory Group, we don’t underestimate the importance of being engaged, in person, with the members of our communities and taking their thoughts and ideas into account as we continue to adapt and grow. We understand that calling somewhere home is a huge decision, and we ensure our homeowners and tenants never feel that moving to a Lifestory development is just a transactional situation; there is so much more to our business than just bricks and mortar. The roadshow embodies that sentiment as we put faces to names and become extended members of their individual communities.
