At the beginning of 2022, we launched our Healthy. Happy. Home. campaign, as we continue to celebrate the stories of both our internal team and the members of our communities. In the essence of our business encapsulating so many more areas than simply property development, we wanted to communicate our belief in prioritising physical, mental and emotional health as part of our company DNA, born from our genuine care for our people – whether that be our team or our homeowners and tenants.
We know that wellness can be personal and open discussions about wellbeing can be intimidating on the surface. The Lifestory culture celebrates togetherness, and alongside our dedicated wellbeing initiatives, for example our Mental Health first aiders programme, our Healthy. Happy. Home. strategy encourages our team to share healthy habits and ideas for mindfulness through physical activity and self-care, as well as opening the dialogue to the members of our communities as we shine a light on all that our communities get up to to make health and happiness a priority.
With fitness and mental wellbeing at the forefront of our business, we’ve been delighted by the uptake across the Group and the positive impact the strategy has had. Sometimes it is as easy as starting a conversation, and our ability to connect is something we pride ourselves on.
